PRA has a technology helpdesk for staff, students, and parents. We are happy to assist with any issues related to school applications (i.e. Schoology, IStation, Accelerated Reader, Brain Pop, etc.), the PRA mobile app, and parent e-mails. If you are having trouble with any products or services that PRA provides simply email our helpdesk and one of our team will get in touch with you.
