Summer Office Hours

The office will be open from 7:00a-3:00p starting Tuesday May 31st through June 09th. We will be closed from June 12th – July 31st, however, during this time the office will be open each Wednesday from 10am-12pm. The office will reopen on Aug. 1st with regular hours, 8am-4pm.

Lost & Found, Last Call!

Please check the Lost & Found rack in the front foyer of the school for any items your child may be missing. The items are really piling up; we have hoodies, winter coats, lunch boxes, water bottles, etc. All items that have not been picked up by the end of the school day on Friday, May 26th, will be donated to charity. Thank you.

Library Books Due Now!!

Please check your email for a reminder regarding outstanding library books. All library books were due Thursday May 17.

Families with outstanding books after Friday, May 26 will be mailed a bill for the amount of the book. If not paid by registration day in August, this amount will be added to your student fees.

Please contact Jennifer McCullum or Ute Meyer at (303) 221-1071 x2027, if your student has any damaged or lost library books. Thank you for returning your books promptly.

If you have not purchased a yearbook, we have approximately 20 left. You can purchase them for $40 in the front office. Cash or check made out to PRA.

2017-2018 8th Grade Crossing Guard

Eighth grade families are traditionally given the opportunity to fulfill their crossing guard commitment in the month of August. We will be using Volunteer Spot again this year to help us organize our Crossing Guard Schedule. In mid-June you will receive an invitation from me to join Volunteer Spot and pick your 4 shifts. You will then receive a reminder email 2 days before your scheduled shift. Please keep your eye out for this invitation! *Sign up link for September 2016 (incoming 1st grade) will be sent out in mid July Please do not hesitate to call Rochelle Monahan or Heidi Kruglet if you have any questions.

2017 PRA Summer Sports Camps

Platte River Academy is proud to offer their 2017 Summer Sports Camp. These camps will be taught by our current boys/ girls basketball and girls volleyball coaches. All students are invited even if they do not attend PRA. Please contact Mr. Pascua for more information at bpascua@prak8.org.
